About Graftly
What is Graftly?+−
Graftly is a mobile-first compliance platform designed for UK trades and service businesses. It helps you create site documentation such as RAMS, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and toolbox talks in minutes — right from your phone. Built with real tradespeople in mind, Graftly simplifies compliance so you can focus on getting the job done.
Who is Graftly for?+−
Graftly is designed for builders and contractors, tradespeople and subcontractors, cleaning and facilities teams, site managers and supervisors, and small-to-medium trade businesses. If you regularly need site documentation, Graftly is built for you.
Who is behind Graftly?+−
Graftly is built by product and operational leaders working closely with experienced UK tradespeople. Our goal is simple: make compliance fast, practical, and easy.
Using Graftly
What documents can I create with Graftly?+−
Graftly supports common site documentation including risk assessments, method statements, RAMS, COSHH assessments, toolbox talks, incident and near-miss reports, and other site safety documents. We're starting with the most commonly used documents and expanding based on user feedback.
Will Graftly work on mobile?+−
Yes — Graftly is built mobile-first to support real-world use on site, in the van, or at the office. You can create and manage site documentation quickly, without needing a desktop.
Do I need to install anything?+−
No installation required. Graftly is accessible via your browser on mobile, tablet and desktop.
Can I use Graftly for multiple sites or projects?+−
Absolutely. Graftly is designed to support multiple sites, projects and teams — suitable for sole traders and growing businesses alike.
Do people I send documents to need a Graftly account?+−
No. People you send documents to for sign-off don't need a Graftly account and don't count as full users on your plan. Only people creating and managing documents inside your workspace count as full users.
What's the difference between Solo and Team?+−
Solo is built for one full user who needs to create, save and export site paperwork — including Reporting for your own records, the Incident, PPE and Visitor Logs, and document history. Team adds up to 3 full users, a shared workspace, the Workforce Sign-Off dashboard, team-wide reporting, document-history exports and a team audit trail.
Can Graftly be used as RAMS software?+−
Yes. Graftly provides a guided workflow for creating site-specific risk assessments and method statements, recording sign-off, storing documents by job and exporting clean PDFs. It is designed around UK trades, contractors and smaller construction businesses rather than enterprise safety teams.
Compliance
Is Graftly aligned with UK health & safety standards?+−
Yes. Graftly is developed with guidance from experienced tradespeople and aligned with UK health & safety best practice, including HSE guidance. Our goal is to make compliance simpler, not more complicated.
